Let it never be said that women have no place in the workforce. Lori Senecal, Global CEO of CP+B, is the hardest working professional in the advertising industry. Advertising is a challenging field that is often misconstrued as an additional facet of a company’s success.

In truth, advertising can make or break a company; and Lori Senecal is a maker. Within a year of joining CP+B, Senecal was named Global CEO; a position they created just for her. She’d made tremendous impacts on the company itself and its culture. She single-handedly turned CP+B in a modern global agency.

According to Adage, building up a pre-existent company isn’t an easy. Somehow, Lori Senecal figured out a way to fuel herself to dedicate her life to CP+B’s development and growth. She’s been noted countless times for her amazing leadership and strong focus. She’s able to expertly use her tools to grow companies beyond domestic achievements.

Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. She’s won dozens of awards, titles, and accommodations for her work. In the same year, she was named one of only four “Agency Executive to Watch” and won the Titanium Grand Prix at The Cannes Lions Festival.

To Senecal, her work is more of tribute to her successes than any of the awards. She takes great pride in her accomplishments with CP+B. Even though her time at CP+B is starting to whine down, she’s still dedicated to pushing CP+B further. Much of her contributions will stay with the company long after she’s gone.

Her first job in the business was working for McCann Worldgroup. Even in those days, her job focused mostly on expanding the company’s global presence. Nearly at every company she’s worked for, she’s been put in charge of their global expansion division.

After leaving McCann, she began working at KBS. At KBS, she was Global Chairman and CEO. Some of her best work was done at KBS. After joining the company, she started growing the 250-employee operated firm into a 900-employee internationally operated company.
