Dr. Jenifer Walden works as a Plastic Surgeon. Walden was born on November 17, 1971 in Austin, Texas. She grew up and currently lives in Austin, Texas. She participated in an aesthetic surgery fellowship that was called the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Her practice can be found in New York City. She also co-wrote a book called “Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.”

Walden’s parents are also very experienced in being doctors. Her mother is a surgical nurse and her father is a dentist. Dr. Jennifer Walden graduated from Anderson High School and got her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Finally, at the University of Texas Medical Branch she received her MD.

Altogether, Walden had practiced plastic surgery for a total of eight years. Most of what she does range from eyelid lifts, nose jobs, and face lifts as well. She charges argumentation’s for an approximated amount of $7,000. She is one of 851 women that are board certified plastic surgeons. To add, only about 180 of them are members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, and twelve of them live in Texas.

There are many advantages, Walden has in being a female plastic surgeon. One of them is that most patients are more comfortable talking about with women about their body parts. Another one is that 91 percent of the cosmetic surgeons are performed on women. These are ranging from face-lifts and tummy tucks.

Something Walden is known greatly for using a system called Vectra. This is a 3-D imaging technology which shows what a patient looks life before they go into surgery. She has also been known for creating instruments for breast surgery. It is important to note that they are carried by the (ASSI) Accurate Scientific and Surgical Instruments.
