Store Policy
Shipping:
There is no charge for ground shipping. Your purchase will be shipped within three to four business days after completing the purchase process online. Your purchase will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage during the transporting process. We have chosen FedEx to ensure that the best customer service is provided.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must provide a street address or your purchase cannot be finalized.
You will have the option to ship to an address that is different from your billing address. During the checkout process you may choose to have the print sent to an alternate address different from the billing address. You will be asked for the billing address first.
Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive an email that will provide you with your Federal Express shipping and tracking information. A signature will be required for delivery.
Free shipping does not apply to International Customers. International Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges and/or duties and added taxes. For orders outside the United States please write to us at shipping@aftermidnightsoul.com We will assist you and help you decide what shipping option best suites you and your location.
The arrival of your purchase may vary depending on location. FedEx will provide an estimated delivery date and time along with a tracking number. If for some reason the date does pass and you have not received your purchase please contact our shipping department via email at shipping@aftermidnightsoul.com. Return and Cancellation Policy
Unless your purchase is damaged upon arrival no returns will be accepted.
If there is something wrong with the item or it is damaged we offer a convenient photo evaluation option. You will need to provide a digital photo of the item within 48 hours of the delivery time. The photo should be emailed to customercare@aftermidnightsoul.com We guarantee a response within 48 hours and are dedicated to satisfying our customers.
We will pay for the return shipping of any damaged pieces, and will send you a new item or credit you in the same manner as your original purchase was made within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item. It may take longer to reflect on your statements or account.
